Jeff Forrest

Jeffrey Forrest is a Vice President leading the Business Consulting sector of CGI Federal’s International Affairs business unit. Jeff serves as the primary contractor responsible for the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Comptroller and Global Financial Services (CGFS) for the Global Business Intelligence (GBI) program, which is the enterprise data and analytics platform that includes DOS budget, financial management, acquisitions, and payroll. Jeff has supported multiple Federal agencies and prior to Federal consulting, Jeff was a practicing attorney.
