Terry Riffle

Ms. Riffel is responsible for leading the implementation of an enterprise-wide financial and acquisition management system in cooperation with the administrations and staff offices. Through her leadership, VA will leverage the VA Enterprise Cloud to host CGI’s SaaS Momentum offering. VA’s configured solution is known as Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (iFAMS). She leads the program's vision to provide VA a modern financial and acquisition management solution with transformative business processes and capabilities that enable VA to meet its goals and objectives in compliance with financial management legislation and directives. Through her guidance and leadership, the financial system transformation effort will increase the transparency, accuracy, timeliness and reliability of financial information, resulting in improved fiscal accountability to American tax payers and will offer a significant opportunity to improve care and services to Veterans.
